The disciplines of organizational learning were popularized by Peter Senge in his best selling book 'The Fifth Discipline'. Seity is a member of the Society for Organizational Learning (www.solonline.org) and uses these disciplines in the practices and methods that are foundational to the systems perspective emphasized when working with organizations. "How a group of people collectively enhance their capacities to produce the outcome they really wanted to produce. That's what we want to point to with the term 'organizational learning". (Senge)
The concepts and techniques of learning organizations are employed while providing knowledge transfer for continuous learning in the workplace as a primary goal.
